What you type into the tools

The tools run in your browser. The data you enter (name, phone numbers, amounts…) is not sent to our servers. So you don't have to type it again, some tools keep it in your browser's local storage; you can delete it by clearing the form or the site data in your browser.

Exception: in the signature generator, if you choose "Hosted" images, the QR code is drawn by api.qrserver.com and its content (your contact details) is part of the image address. That service receives the data every time the signature is displayed. If you don't want this, choose "Embedded" images or host the QR yourself.

Server logs

Like any website, our server logs the IP address, date and requested page to keep the service secure and prevent abuse. Logs are kept for a short period and are not used to identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Advertising

We show Google AdSense ads. Google, as an independent controller, may use cookies and identifiers to serve ads and measure their performance; personalised ads only with your consent. More in our cookie policy and in how Google uses cookies in advertising.

Contact form

If you write to us through the contact form, we process your name, email, company and message to reply and, if you're interested, prepare a proposal. Legal basis: your consent and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). We keep them for as long as the conversation lasts and, if we don't end up working together, for a year at most. The message reaches us by email through our email provider.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@kyros-software.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
