Free quote generator for Spain: VAT, IRPF and PDF
Create free quotes with VAT per line, IRPF withholding, validity date, deposit and client sign-off. Download as PDF, no sign-up.
The print window opens: choose «Save as PDF» as the destination.
The tool helps you prepare the quote, but you're responsible for its content. If you're unsure which VAT or withholding applies to you, ask your adviser.
What a quote should include
Your details and your client's, a number to identify it, the date, each job or product with its price, taxes broken down and the total. Add how long it's valid for, the delivery time and the terms: what's included, what isn't and how payment works. The clearer it is, the fewer arguments later.
Validity and acceptance
Always say until when you hold the price; 15 or 30 days is usual. Once the client signs the acceptance box, or accepts in writing, the quote becomes the agreement between you. Keep a signed copy.
VAT and withholding on a quote
Break down VAT so the client knows what they'll really pay. If you're a professional and your client is a company or a freelancer, show the IRPF withholding too: the quote total will match the invoice you issue later.
Asking for a deposit
For long jobs or jobs with materials it's normal to ask for part of the price on acceptance, say 30%. Enter the percentage and the quote shows the amount. When you receive it, issue the deposit invoice with your invoicing software.
From quote to invoice
A quote isn't an invoice and has no value for tax purposes. Once the client accepts and you do the work, issue the invoice with invoicing software. From 2027 that software will have to comply with the Spanish Verifactu regulation.
Frequently asked questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Create as many quotes as you like, with no sign-up, no limits and no watermark.
Do you store my quotes or details?
No. The quote is made in your browser and isn't sent to any server. Keep the PDF yourself. If you tick «Remember my details», they're stored only in this browser.
Can a quote be used as an invoice?
No. A quote is an offer to your client and has no tax value. When you do the work, issue the invoice with your invoicing software.
How long is a quote valid?
As long as you set in «Valid until». 15 or 30 days is most common. After that date you can update your prices.
Can I ask for a deposit?
Yes. Enter the percentage in «Deposit on acceptance» and the quote shows the amount the client pays to get started.
